HZOA-20 is a new generation of hand held zinc oxide arrester resistive current tester used to test the electrical performance of each phase of metal zinc oxide arrester (MOA). This instrument is suitable for on-site live test of zinc oxide arresters of various voltage levels, as well as delivery and acceptance tests performed by the laboratory under power failure. By measuring parameters such as full current and resistive current, dangerous defects such as moisture inside the zinc oxide arrester and valve aging can be found in time.
